Back in 2004, Russ Henneberry rode the first big wave of the internet—Google. He saw what most business owners didn’t: that search wasn’t just a tool, it was a platform.
Two decades later, he’s spotting the next one—ChatGPT.
“This is the fourth mega-platform,” Russ told me during our interview for the Viral Genius Podcast. “Google, Amazon, Facebook… and now ChatGPT. And just like those, it looks easy to use. But the people who go deep - who structure it intelligently - will be the ones who win.”
At the Strike Marketing Summit (Dec 11 at 2 PM CST), Russ - author of Digital Marketing for Dummies and founder of theCLICK - will host what’s essentially a live workshop inside the summit: “Growth OS: How to Transform ChatGPT-5 Into a Business Growth Engine.”
Inside the Growth OS
Russ will show how to architect ChatGPT using what he calls “intelligent workspaces” (a.k.a. Projects): self-contained environments that remember everything about a specific client, department, or business function.
Within each workspace, you can deploy two kinds of GPTs:
Utility GPTs – the screwdriver tools: one builds marketing hooks, another writes outlines, another edits.
Role-Based GPTs – the thinkers: a “Skeptic GPT” that pokes holes in your plan, or a “Pareto GPT” that filters ideas through the 80/20 lens.
“When you see this in action,” Russ said, “you’ll realize you’re not just chatting - you’re building a system.”
He’ll even give attendees his favorite GPT—“Draper”, an editing model trained to write like Don Draper: punchy, persuasive, unforgettable.
Why It Matters
Russ’s session is for founders, marketers, and creators ready to move from playing with AI to engineering growth with AI.
You’ll leave not with theory, but with your own Growth OS running inside ChatGPT.
Join us December 11–12 for the Strike Marketing Summit.
By the end of Russ’s session, you won’t just use ChatGPT—you’ll run your business on it.
Best,
Fernando Labastida
